Refund & Return Policy

30-day Snuggle Guarantee

You have 30 days from delivery to decide. If the Sleigh Bed isn't your pet's new favorite spot, you can return it for a full refund of the product price.

Conditions

  • The bed must be unused, clean and in its original packaging (we know – pets are pets. A quick test nap is fine; a week of use is not).
  • Contact us first at info@sleighsnuggle.com with your order number. We will send the return address and instructions by email.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong – then we cover it or send a free replacement.

Damaged on arrival

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a free replacement or refund you in full. No need to return the damaged item unless we ask.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we inspect it and refund the product price to your original payment method within 7 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Return the first bed under this policy and place a new order – it is the fastest way to get the right size before Christmas.

Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge until your order ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
