Will it arrive before Christmas?
Yes, if you order by December 3. We ship within 1–3 business days and US delivery takes 7–15 business days. Order later and we will tell you at checkout if it may arrive after the holidays.
Which size should I pick?
Small fits cats and toy breeds up to 10 lbs. Medium fits 10–20 lbs – think Frenchies, Dachshunds, Shih Tzus and bigger cats. When in doubt, go Medium.
Is it machine washable?
The cushion lifts out and can be machine washed cold on a gentle cycle, then air dried. The sleigh itself is spot-cleaned with a damp cloth.
Do I pay import duties or extra fees?
No. Shipping is free and import duties are prepaid. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
What if my pet ignores it?
Pets can be stubborn. You have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund – see our Snuggle Guarantee.
Does it slide on hardwood floors?
No – the base is non-slip, so the sleigh stays where you put it, even with an enthusiastic jumper.
