Free shipping across the US
Every SleighSnuggle order ships free to all 50 states. No minimum, no hidden fees.
Processing & delivery times
- Processing: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Delivery: 7–15 business days after shipping, with a tracking link sent by email.
Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. Delivery times are estimates; carriers can be slower around the holidays.
Christmas delivery
Order by December 3 for delivery before Christmas. Orders placed after December 3 may arrive after the holidays – we will tell you at checkout and in your confirmation email, and you can always cancel before your order ships.
Import duties and taxes
All import duties are prepaid. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay – nothing extra at the door.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first update.
Wrong address or lost parcel
Please double-check your address at checkout. If your parcel is marked as lost in transit, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
